Unfortunately, in recent decades most of the arable land has been abandoned.
But some people have stayed, among them my family, and they continue to love and care for the olives, vineyards and even the few remaining fig trees.
For our customers , we have created a relatively large vineyard, which is beginning to give us our first wines.
The oil we use is our own production and the cheese, vegetables and herbs-oregano, thyme etc - are bought from local producers.
Experience has taught us that good food is not enough for a clever recipe, above all we need good and pure ingredients.
