All our dishes are cooked in our own pure olive oil , and the ingredients which are chosen with great care, are produced mostly in the area of Troizinia.
Our recipes are from the Greek cuisine with some local variations, based on simplicity and austerity of the landscape, these measures being the sole criteria in the lives of our village.
